Spring

  • Walk the exterior after snow melt and note visible damage
  • Check screens, doors and windows for winter wear
  • Look for failed exterior sealant or obvious gaps
  • Inspect accessible steps, handrails and walkways

Summer

  • Keep entrances and service access safe
  • Document roof or ice concerns for the appropriate contractor
  • Use indoor months for assembly and interior punch lists
